Where Is My Order

When your order is dispatched from Adored, the tracking code is shown in the email you will receive. The email will be as below:

Sent From:- customercare@adored.co.uk
Subject:- Order Dispatched from Adored.co.uk

The email will detail the tracking service that has been used along with the tracking for the postal service that will be delivering your order. Simply copy and paste this code to the appropriate website that has been used. Here you will be able to track progress of your order.

I can’t find the email you sent, what should I do?

If you cannot find the email from us in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder. If it still cannot be found, please email customercare@adored.co.uk with your order number and we will email your tracking code to you.

Royal Mail tracked services will successfully deliver your parcel within one or two days for at least 95% or our orders. However, unforeseen circumstances may mean you may have to wait an extra day for your parcel to arrive.

The order status advises my order has been delivered, but I have not received it – what is the next step?

If you were not at home when the delivery attempt was made, Royal Mail may have left your parcel with a neighbour or in a designated safe place you specified when you made the order. First step is to check your safe place and with your neighbour.

Your parcel may have been returned to the delivery office

If your parcel is not left in your chosen safe place or left with a neighbour, the next step is to check with the delivery office as it may have been taken back there.

If delivery was attempted, the postal service will have left a calling card advising you they have attempted to deliver a parcel.  To re-arrange delivery or collection of your parcel, follow the instructions left on the calling card.

If for some reason no calling card was left, please take some form of ID to the delivery office. Acceptable ID’s include driving license, passport or credit card. If you do not have acceptable ID your parcel will not be given to you.
