365 Day Returns isn’t that AMAZING!
When you place an order with Adored and create an account with us, you automatically qualify for our 365 day returns and exchange policy. An Adored account holder can return any item to us for up to 365 days after it was purchased, as long as the goods are unopened and unused.
Furthermore, if your item becomes faulty or gets damaged within the first 30 days of use we are more than happy for you to return to us free of charge for an exchange or full refund.
Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 30 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
If you have a faulty item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a returns address. This is only applicable for items from within the UK. When we receive the item back here it will be checked, if the item is not faulty and the freepost address has been used, then there will be a charge of £3.50 plus vat for the cost of postage.
If you are based outside of the UK we do not cover any postage charges to return items back to us under any circumstances, this is your responsibility so we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.
Replacement faulty items are sent back out to you free of charge.
All items that are returned as faulty MUST be thoroughly cleaned before returning. For reasons of hygiene, any item returned in a dirty condition will not be checked and the returned item will be refused. Postage costs will apply to return it back to you.
We offer a one year warranty on everything, if the item develops a fault within three months we can offer a refund or exchange, after three months, it is an exchange only. If you need to do this, simply email email@example.com with your order number and address, and we will provide you with our free returns address.
We do recommend you ask the post office to give you a proof of postage just in case we don’t receive your return – lost in transit or there is any issue with us accepting it back at the distribution centre. Please do keep this proof of postage until we have processed your refund or exchange.
Kindly note we can't discount the expense of postage if you don't use our free returns postal service.
International Customers: Please take note that we are not able to refund the expense of your delivery UNLESS the item is defective or damaged. If you need this to be clarified, please do contact Adored customer services prior to returning the item.
We don’t like to bog our customer down with jargon but we do have a couple of rules regarding returns. However, if you want more detailed information please do email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note if the item is damaged due to an accident, misuse or neglect or is general wear and tear, Adored.co.uk do not cover the fault.
Returning an Order:
Unused Items: Please ensure that your item is unopened, unused and undamaged (unless it is faulty), in addition all original packaging and shrink wrap must be intact. Please provide clear written instruction with your preference of refund or exchange. Your request will be taken care of and processed at the earliest opportunity and you will be informed once we have the returned item at our distribution centre.
- The goods must be unused.
- The goods must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Lingerie and items of clothing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.
Defective and Faulty Items: If your item is faulty please ensure that you thoroughly detail the issues you are experiencing. Unless the fault is clear you might wish to call our Customer Services team prior to returning the item as some items might have remotes or battery compartments that have a trick to them!
On the off chance that you have used the item, please ensure that it has been thoroughly cleaned as photos will be taken of every single broken item when we receive them to help with processing. However, on receiving the item should we investigate and find the item is not faulty or broken, it will be returned to you at your expense.
Once we receive your returned package at our distribution centre we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible. We do ask you to allow up to 30 days but generally it is much quicker than this. If you wish to track the status of your return please contact email@example.com with your order number. Once submitted, refunds will take up to 5 working days before they appear in your bank account.
